This agreement is between you (the applicant) and Elixira as the platform facilitating your DXN distributor registration.
You confirm that all information submitted in this form is accurate, complete, and matches your official identification documents.
You agree to comply with DXN company policies, marketing ethics, and all applicable laws in your country of residence.
You understand that Elixira reviews every application manually. Approval is not guaranteed and may require additional documents.
After approval, your DXN membership number and profile badge will be assigned by the admin team. Misuse of membership credentials is prohibited.
Elixira may suspend or remove your distributor status if fraudulent data, policy violations, or misuse of the platform is detected.
By accepting this contract you authorize Elixira to contact you regarding your application status via email, phone, or in-app notifications.
We collect only the information needed to create your account, process orders, and support vendor or DXN applications.
Your personal data is used to operate Elixira services, improve the shopping experience, and communicate important account updates.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment and verification documents uploaded by vendors are reviewed only by authorized administrators.
You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting our support team, subject to legal and operational requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data.
By using Elixira you agree to use the platform lawfully and respect other users, vendors, and administrators.
Product listings, prices, and vendor information must be accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
Elixira may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts, products, or applications that violate platform policies.
Subscription-based vendor access may expire if payment is not renewed within the allowed grace period.
DXN distributor applications are subject to manual review and approval before any membership badge is issued.
Elixira may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
